I am also a Certified Energy Practitioner and a Reiki Master. I use the approach of energy balance to coach YOU into understanding the power of living the present moment and the power of self-love.

As a bilingual, I do sessions in both English and French.

My background is strengthened with a Degree in Psychology and a 12-year career in Human Resources. As a Human Resources Manager, I have accompanied and supported teams and individuals towards department evolutions, career growth and personal development.

I created Coaching N Beyond because this website is not just about coaching but also about the power of energy in our life. My aim is to help you embrace your life and it's difficulties more peacefully and establish your own path with a positive mindset, an awareness of the power of energy whether positive or negative but also an understanding of other support and means that can help you in-between sessions and after.
